The New Home Order offers digital products only. No physical products will be shipped.

After completing your purchase, you will receive access to your digital product electronically. Download or access instructions will be provided after your order has been successfully processed and will also be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please make sure your email address is entered correctly when placing your order.

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your digital product or have trouble accessing your files, please check your spam or junk folder first.

Because all products sold by The New Home Order are digital, there are no shipping charges, physical deliveries, or shipping times associated with your purchase.
